Shipping policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours standard business days (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm excluding public holidays).

Orders within the US are expected to arrive between 3-4 business days. While international orders may take between 2 and 4 weeks depending on location.

Pick up orders, if ordered before noon your order will be available the same day, orders placed after 12pm will be available the follow day (Sun-Sat 9am-5pm)

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and size of the products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. A handling fee may apply to your order and will be included in the shipping price.
